Jining Weishan County ESS Station.png

Jining Weishan County ESS Station

100MW/200MWh

Misión

This BESS demonstration project incorporates advanced technologies, including solid-state, air-cooled, and liquid-cooled batteries. With an industry-leading 1,500V DC output and an efficient HVAC system, it enhances system efficiency by 2%-3% and reduces energy consumption by 20%. With a rapid response time of 1 ms, it enables fast responses for hundreds of megawatts of capacity. The project actively participates in the spot market and ancillary services.

Changshu Coal-fired Power Plant ESS Station

30MW/30MWh

Visión

This project is connected to two 1,000MW coal generators, assisting with grid frequency regulation through a fast response time of ≤100μs. The integrated Energy Management System (EMS), combined with the power plant’s control system, enhances the load response capabilities of all thermal power generators. It effectively addresses the lack of frequency regulation resources caused by high renewable energy penetration, thereby improving grid reliability and security.

Yaomeng ESS Station

100MW/200MWh

Misión

This is a demonstration project in Henan Province, successfully connected to the grid in August 2023, marking it as the first standalone ESS project in the province. It enhances the local grid’s capacity to integrate renewable energy, improves grid security and stability, accelerates the renewable energy transition, and provides strong support for regulation, balancing, and emergency response.

Guizhou Jinyuan Energy Storage Project

900MW/1800MWh

Visión

This project leverages industry-leading patented technology, optimizing Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) rectification strategies to balance the grid by controlling PWM output. This functionality helps suppress negative-sequence current on the grid side, resulting in reduced grid-side losses, minimized transformer noise, and decreased vibration.
